Bakers Twine Tutorial

Bakers twine.
Super cute, but super expensive.
[the average I've seen is $10 for just 1 color...no bueno]
Then the other day I saw THIS video and you can make your own bakers twine!

Grab your supplies.
I got the crochet thread at Joann's for $3.27. They also have it at Wal-Mart.

Follow the instructions on the video to get started.

It's super easy, but I think it's definitely one of those projects you do while watching a movie. [or keeping up with the kardashians and Gulianna and Bill, even if you do have to drive down to your parents house because your mom records them for you since you don't have cable]. ;)

Before you know it you'll have some in every color.

It looks just like the real thing!

And for 1/3 of the cost!

To keep it from getting in knots, you could wrap it around some of those cardboard ribbon holders.
[good idea mom] :)

Think of all the baker's twine possibilities...especially with the holidays coming up!

$3.27 for all the baker's twine you want, in as many colors as you want.
brilliant!
